The Hotel

The starting point of this project was one of the colonial houses in the central area. The house was built in 1868 and is located at the corner of Comercio and Bueno streets. This house at that time, like the surrounding buildings, was used for trade, which is why the street was named “OLLERIAS street”

Vivenzo Boutique Hotel offers a modern building with a contemporary style.

At the front, you can observe two balconies that preserve the materials from the early period; all of this has been crucial to perpetuate and maintain the colonial essence of the house.
